I came home yesterday afternoon to Lupine flowers growing next to my doorstep. Spring has sprung, and brought a nice surprise with it.
This afternoon I put a lamb roast in the oven for passover. I wasn’t used to the different smell of the meat while it was cooking, but it was excellent. I made a sauce of the pan herbs/drippings and some fresh herbs and vegetables. I’ll be doing this more often, and at every passover.
